Troy's Judo and self-defense school as Est by Sargent T. Messer and Sahron D. Messer. Sargent T. Messer is a 10th degree
black belt. And Sharon is a first degree black belt and has a honorary 9th degree black belt. Sargent T. Messer has been a
mix martial artist for over 40 years. Troy has studied and holds black belts in other arts .

sargent T. Messer her husband.
She received her 9 th degree honorary black belt because she is cofounder of
Troy's Judo school.
